Online Submission / editing of Application
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Remember, Responsibility for providing correct information rests on you. Incorrect Information or withholding information will disqualify your candidature.
Ensure that you have read all the instructions given in the advertisement for the post you are applying for.
Before applying, ensure that you have all the required data with you. Also make it sure, you have paid the prescribed fee (as per advertisement) for the post you are applying for. To download Challan Form,
Valid Mobile, Landline number and email is required for future correspondence. For your interest, it is recommended to add ppsc email address “firstname.lastname@example.org” into your contacts so that you may receive it in your INBOX rather than in JUNK/SPAM folder.
Upload your recent passport size photo in .jpeg format, less than 25KB size.
Normally, No Hard Copy of ONLINE APPLICATION form is needed. However if it is required, it is advertised accordingly.
To understand the steps on the process of filling and submitting the ONLINE application,
Remember: You will not be considered as a PPSC candidate unless you submit online application. Don’t forget to complete this whole procedure.
Process of Filling of Online application may be completed in various phases/steps. You may complete your online application in different times before closing date/time. However, If you quit at any stage, and then want to come again, you will have to come from first step. But all your previuosly entered information is safe and sound.
After supplying all required information of online application i.e Bank Receipt Information, Personal Record, Education Record, Service Record, Don’t FORGET to click on “Submit Application” button.
After the submission of application, acknowledgment e-mail will be sent to you on your email id. Moreover Correspondence (regarding Test / Interview date) with candidates will be done via E-MAIL.
Once you press “Submit Application” button, filling of online application phase is complete. Now, a unique Application Number, Token Number will be generated and displayed on the screen and same will be communicated to you on your e-mail id. Keep it with you for further correspondence. Token number is also required if you desire to EDIT/CHANGE your application after submission.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE EDITING OF APPLICATIONS
A candidate may only EDIT / CHANGE data after submission of his/her application till closing date (till office closing time)
At the first page of PPSC web site, click on Edit Application.
All required information on this page has already sent to your e-mail id, once you applied for the post.
To Edit data, you must have CNIC Number, Application Number and Token Number. Insert CNIC Number, Application Number and Token Number, then click on
Button. As soon as you supply correct data, Post Name for which you have already applied will be displayed under this button.
Following Buttons will be enabled
After verification of CNIC, Application Number and Token Number, You may Edit Personal Record, Education Record, Service Record.
After Editing in any of the above mentioned forms, Don't forget to click on
button, when you have completed Editing in one Form and want to Edit another form, Click on "Back to Edit Section"
If you want to edit Your Education, Click on
button, All Educations you have previously entered, are listed in the form of a table at the top of the page. Before editing any of these, please Select a row for which editing has to be done, then change it on the form, and finally Don't forget to click on
button, when you have completed Editing in this form.
