GUIDE LINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO APPLY ONLINE IN PPSC
The process of online application submission has SEVEN stages which are as follows:-
Step No 1: Select Post to Apply
Select post name for which you are applying for
Step No 2: Fee Paid and CNIC information
Now this online processing system requires to input bank receipt date, bank name, receipt amount, CNIC Number.
Step No 3: Personal Information
In this step, you will have to input your personal information like Name, Gender, Religion, CNIC etc. Date of Birth must be provided in the format dd-mm-yyyy.

Step No 4: Personal Education
In this step, you are required to input qualification details. Add each qualification/degree step by step.
To add another degree, click
After completing data entry for all required qualifications,
click on “Go to next section”.
Every qualification that is added is being displayed at the top. DON'T ADD A QUALIFICATION
MORE THAN ONCE. PLEASE SEE THE TABLE GIVEN UNDER PERSONAL EDUCATION FOR THE
QUALIFICATION YOU HAVE ALREADY ADDED. YOU MUST ADD ALL
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION LIKE MASTERS,BACHELORS (2 YEARS OR 4 YEARS) INTERMEDIATE,
AND MATRICULATION . If you had made any mistake in education data entry, you may edit it by clicking on Select Button and also click
Update button at the bottom.
Step No 5: Service Record/Experience
In this step, you are required to input your Service Record (If any). Multiple records may also be inserted one by one. If a candidate doesn’t possess any relevant experience, please click on “skip this section”.
Step No 6: Applicant Information
In this step, A short report indicating summary of your application is
and a check box also given. As son as you click on Submit Application button it
will display a message containing text that E-Mail has been sent to your email id.
Now click on
A message will be displayed here: Your Application have been submitted successfully and Your
Application Number is 00001012. Click on Print application button.
click on Print Application , It willl ask for CNIC and Application Number. By Supplying
both in text boxes You will get a web generated application form. You should keep this web generated application
form with you for your record. It may also be required to bring it with you at the
time of written test or interview.
You must remember Your Application number for future correspondence
Step No 7: Printing of Computer Generated Application Form
Now click on
Please ensure that you have "Turned OFF" Header/Footer of Your Web Browser (Internet
Explorer) before printing of Application Form
An email reflecting your online Application number
, Case number, CNIC , Post name will be sent to your email id at the time of submission
of your online application.
