Online Submission / editing of Application

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

  • An email reflecting your online Application number , Case number, CNIC , Post name will be sent to your email id at the time of submission of your online application. Moreover Correspondence (Information regarding Test / Interview date) with candidates will be done via E-MAIL. You must have a valid email address.
  • During Online Processing of Application, You CAN'T return to Previous Section.
  • You CAN'T complete your Application in Multiple Sessions.
  • Normally, No Hard Copy of ONLINE APPLICATION form is needed. However if it is required, it is advertised accordingly
  • You MUST upload your recent passposrt size photo in .jpeg format, less than 25KB size. Don't send ANY SCANNED DOCUMENT (picture, challan form , resume etc.) via EMAIL at PPSC email address, It will not be entertained / uploaded at our end.
  • Valid Mobile / Landline number is required for future correspondence.
  • Original receipt of the paid fee must be produced at the time of Written Test (if held) or Interview (if called).
  • Before applying, ensure that you have all the required data with you. Also make it sure, you have paid your prescribed fee (as per advertisement) for the post you are applying for. To download Challan Form, Click Here
  • Ensure that You have read all the instructions given in the advertisement for the post you are applying for.
  • Remember, Responsibility for providing correct informaion rests on you. Incorrect Information or withholding information will disqualify your candidature.

      IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE EDITING OF APPLICATIONS

    • A candidate may only EDIT / CHANGE data after submission of his/her application till closing date (till 3.00 pm)
    • At the first page of PPSC web site, click on Edit Application.
    • To Edit data, you must have both CNIC and Application Number. Insert both CNIC and Application Number and then click on Button. As soon as you supply correct CNIC and Application Number, Post Name for which you have already applied will be displayed under this button.

    • After verification of CNIC and Application Number, You may Edit Personal Record, Education Record, Service Record.
    • After Editing in any of the above mentioned forms, Don't forget to click on button, when you have completed Editing in one Form and want to Edit another form, Click on "Back to Edit Section"
    • If you want to edit Your Education, Click on button, All Educations you have previously entered, are listed in the form of a table at the top of the page. Before editing any of these, please Select a row for which editing has to be done, then change it on the form, and finally Don't forget to click on button, when you have completed Editing in this form.
